A Journey Through the Celtic Calendar

This is more than a course, it is a year-long pilgrimage into the heart of ancient Irish wisdom, and entry is by application only. Structured around the four Celtic fire festivals, Samhain, Imbolc, Bealtaine, and Lughnasadh, the programme guides you through the stories, traditions, and beliefs woven into the turning of the seasons. Over the course of a year, you will build a deep, embodied relationship with the mythological cycles of Ireland, learning to carry and share these stories as a living tradition.

An Intentional, Selective Process

We open applications in May each year, ahead of the November start. Rather than a straightforward sign-up, we ask applicants to submit a short video responding to a few guiding questions. This allows us to understand your motivations, your relationship to story, and how you might contribute to the cohort. This is not about credentials or experience, it is about intention. We are looking for people who are ready to show up fully, season after season, for themselves and for their fellow travellers.

The programme is delivered through a rich blend of live lectures, peer-to-peer sessions, and storytelling circles, meeting 20 times across the year. We use an iterative, spiral learning process, returning to themes at greater depth with each seasonal turn, to build both craft and community. By the end of the year, you will not only have deepened your knowledge of Irish mythology and narrative tradition; you will have practised and refined your own voice as a storyteller, in a space of genuine trust and belonging.
