This unique workshop takes your team on an immersive journey into the ancient Irish legal system. Participants are assigned roles in a fictional community and must work together to resolve a conflict. Unlike modern justice, which often focuses on punishment, Brehon Law emphasised a more restorative approach that placed a greater burden on individuals of higher status. Your team will experience the power of healing a community rather than just winning an argument.
Through a live, co-created story or mock trial, participants will learn to approach conflict not as a fight to be won, but as a problem to be solved together. Co-founder Aron Hegarty’s background in psychology and his work as an actor helps participants engage with the material and explore the emotional depth of each role, making this an especially powerful and memorable learning experience.
